Mark IV and Band - 1973 voided performance contract (Paladium Club, Georgia).

From the Walden Artists and Promotions estate. Performance booking contract for the Mark IV at the Paladium Club, Atlanta, Georgia.  They were the New York group who recorded their self-titled Mercury LP in 1973 and who were also responsible for the in-demand OTB and Cordial releases. The contract date ties in with the year of the LP release and so presumably part of a promotional push.

Package contains the original contract and booking deposit rider. Note: This booking was cancelled, so contract is signed but deposit rider unsigned. Contract bears cancellation stamp.
