From the Walden Artists and Promotions estate. Performance booking contract (AGVA # 106345) for a June 1966 2-day appearance at Club Vogue, Fort Myers, Florida. Outlines the artist fees, deposit, terms and conditions, and rehearsal times. The appearance is during the peak of his Sound Stage 7 career, and dated  the same year as his "Soul in His Music, Music In His Soul" LP for the Nashville label, and of his recording of "As Soon As Darkness Falls". 

This item consists of a single page original contract. The document is in very good condition, with no tears or defacement.
